Restaurant, Bar and Music Venue located at the foot of the beautiful Sawtooth Mountains

We are a restaurant, bar, and music venue located at the foot of the beautiful Sawtooth Mountains. The Iconic bar has been open since 1938, and our family purchased it a couple of years ago. We remodeled the space, added an outside bar and patio, and are able to have music with an eclectic mix of regional artists.

Hours of Operation:

• Seasonal Hours: The Kasino Club will be open 5-6 days per week from the middle of May until mid-October. We are always closed Mondays as well as most Sundays.

• Kitchen Hours: The kitchen will need to be open during the bar’s hours of operation usually starting at 5pm, allowing food to be available for patrons. Late night food or brunch is an opportunity to be discussed but is not required. 

• Bar Hours: 5pm -2am

• Flexible Work Schedule: While the kitchen will need to stay open during bar hours, the exact days of operation can be flexible depending on staffing and kitchen preferences.

At 6,200 ft with mountains, rivers, and lakes, backcountry hiking, mountain biking, sailing, rafting, floating down a river, hot springs & more. There is plenty of time for hiking, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and mountain biking with mountains, lakes, and rivers right outside our door.

Work in a lively, fun atmosphere at night, play during the day, enjoy music around the fire, and share laughs at breakfast.

Our main season is mid May through October and we may also have winter options available for the right person/role. Compensation will be based on experience, performance bonuses, and tips.

We offer low-cost housing on-site, allowing you to save much of your earnings while enjoying your summer in Stanley!

You will have your own private bedroom right behind the business with a shared kitchen, bath, laundry, and a fenced-in yard. Bikes and floating devices are available for everyone to use. We are located right downtown next to the post office, the library, and other restaurants and bars.  

Completion bonus provided for staff who work the full season, a higher bonus possible for being a team player, plus (based on role) incentives if you increase kitchen sales. In addition to that, we provide  shift meals and drinks, regular schedules with consecutive days off and discounts for employees at our restaurant.

We can pick you up at the Boise or Sun Valley Airport if you don't have a car. We have bikes to use around town, and there are usually always people going somewhere and rides available.
