Join The Karr Group, Killington’s largest hospitality management company, as a Pizza Cook at the iconic Pickle Barrel Nightclub! We’re looking for a reliable, motivated team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing quality food in a high-energy environment.

Known as one of Killington’s premier nightlife destinations, the Pickle Barrel keeps guests entertained late into the night. As part of our kitchen team, you’ll help keep guests satisfied by preparing pizzas and supporting late-night food service in Killington’s vibrant nightlife scene.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and quality standards

• Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients for service

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

• Ensure food is prepared consistently and presented to company standards

• Work efficiently during busy late-night service

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

• Monitor inventory and notify management of product needs

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

• Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or pizza-making experience required

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
