Love to travel, stay active, and work some of the biggest music festivals in the country? Just Squeezed is hiring Bar Backs — the backbone of our operations team.

This is a temporary, event-based role for Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, with required working dates of June 8–15, 2026, in Manchester, TN. There is strong potential to join us for future events across the U.S. throughout 2026, but this position is hired specifically for this event.

This is not an easy job. It is physically demanding, fast-paced, and requires endurance. Our team is made up of people who enjoy pushing themselves physically, love the adventure of life on the road, and take pride in working hard, making strong money in a short period of time, and enjoying the experience together. Many of us are seasoned travelers who value teamwork, accountability, and showing up ready to work every day.

Before applying, please understand the physical nature of this role:

• Walking 40,000–60,000+ steps per day

• Pushing and maneuvering loaded dollies weighing 50+ lbs

• Working outdoors in 85–105°F desert heat

• 14+ hour days during show weekends

• Sustained physical output day after day

This role is best suited for people who can stay focused and positive while maintaining a strong work pace in crowded, high-energy environments.

If you are looking for a casual or low-effort festival job, this is not the right fit.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with building and breaking down lemonade stands, including loading and unloading trailers before and after shows

• Manage inventory deliveries and restocking for three to five fresh-squeezed lemonade stand locations across the festival grounds

• Transport supplies throughout the day using dollies while gates are open

• Navigate large festival crowds and high-traffic areas (80,000+ attendees)

• Support the sales team and communicate with managers to keep operations running efficiently

• Maintain organization and readiness during fast-paced show days

• Use radio communication to coordinate deliveries and respond to operational needs across the grounds

Who This Role Is For

Backgrounds in labor, athletics, warehouse work, events, or outdoor jobs are a strong plus.
