Job Details:
Position: Evening Chef
Hours: TBD
Schedule: 7 days a week, 12-week Season
Salary Range: $4,000-$5,000 per month (DOE), includes room and board, plus a share in the lodge tip pool. 

Responsibilities:
• Ordering lodge foods through US Foods for the Seascape Lodge, including separate invoicing.
• Providing the Lodge Manager with additional weekly food requirement lists.
• Preparing daily appetizers, warm bread, salads, dinners, and desserts.
• Making guest lunches and packing coolers.
• Cleaning, storing leftovers, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment.
• Managing propane tanks for patio and barbecue.
• Assist in maintaining staff laundry and bathroom areas.

Skills / Qualifications: 
• 3 years’ experience in the positions as Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.
• Demonstrate quality written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work long hours as required including weekends.
• Will have a positive attitude, professional manner & appearance at all times. Ability to maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Sets an example of sophistication, maturity and professionalism for other staff to base their conduct upon. 

We require drug testing, corporate orientation, first aid and CPR training.
