What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to create a great dining experience.

• Maintain a clean and organized section.

• Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere Island Fever is known for.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

Earning Potential

Our servers enjoy outstanding earning opportunities. Tips typically range from $150–$500 per shift, depending on the season, day of the week, and business volume.
