At IntoAlaska, we're building one of the most unique charter operations in Alaska. We're looking for an experienced, safety-focused Charter Captain who enjoys sharing the outdoors with guests and wants to help grow a small, fast-moving company where your ideas and contributions truly matter. Season: August through October 

As our Charter Captain, you'll operate a 26' Hewescraft Alaskan on private fishing, whale watching, and sightseeing charters for small groups of up to 6 guests. Safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service are our highest priorities. You'll conduct vessel safety inspections, navigate local waters, educate guests about Alaska's wildlife and marine environment, maintain the vessel, and work closely with our operations team to deliver outstanding experiences.

Housing: Free employee housing is provided for seasonal staff.
