IntoAlaska is hiring a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain to operate our newest unique experience in Juneau, Alaska. This is a primary hire role responsible for safely captaining up to 6 guests while delivering a high-quality, memorable experience.
We are also hiring deckhands to support operations, guest experience, and daily turnaround.
If you’re a licensed captain looking for something different than a standard charter—this is one of the most unique roles in Alaska.
As our captain, you will:
Safely operate a small passenger vessel (6-pack) in the Juneau harbor (the 26' yellow Hewescraft in the photos section)
Oversee safety briefings and onboard compliance
Handle docking, navigation, and situational awareness in a busy harbor
Assist with light operations between bookings
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where personality matters just as much as technical skill.
