Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Expo/Food Runner/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Expo/ Food/ Runner/Busser will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.

• Assist servers in ensuring that all guest needs are met during their dining experience.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.

• Ensure that all food safety standards are followed during food handling and delivery.

• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

• Support banquet services as needed, providing excellent guest services during events.

• Operate POS systems (Toast) for order tracking and communication with the kitchen staff.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.

• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

• Experience with food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is a plus.

• Familiarity with banquet service procedures is beneficial.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
