Currently recruiting for the season from April 1st, 2026 to September 30th, 2026.

Hotel McCall is a B&B style inn that has welcomed guests since 1904. We also have a very busy and prominent restaurant, Ruperts that has been a mainstay in the community for years and is one of the best restaurants in town. Our company also has a local bar called Foresters where we serve the best pizza in town. We also manage event space and provide support to our golf course, Jug Mountain Ranch.

2 hours north of Boise, Idaho. McCall is situated on Payette Lake. Close to Brundage Mountain, the Salmon and Payette rivers, and many other outdoor attractions. McCall is a lively mountain town with lots to do!

About Hotel Mcall

Hotel McCall is a historical hotel in the heart of downtown McCall, Idaho. Rupert's restaurant has been a mainstay in the community for years and is regarded as one of the best restaurants in town. Our company also has a local bar called Foresters where we serve the best pizza in town. We also manage event space and provide support to our golf course, Jug Mountain Ranch.

Ideal Candidate

  • Facilitates sales/customer service/operations interface daily

  • Ensures profitability, efficient operations and adherence to established safety and quality standards daily

  • Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable team member and guest relations as needed

  • Assures that we exceed guest expectations by being responsive, engaged and following-through on all requests

Room and Board

We have limited housing available.  Based on the role and what you would like to do you can either have shared bedroom or private bedroom (we have both).  Shared kitchen and living space.  Nominal housing fee that is deducted from your paycheck.  The housing is a private home approximately 4 blocks from work.  Easily walkable.

Employee Perks

We offer nightly shift meals at Rupert's. Half-off pizza at Foresters or food at Jug Mountain Ranch, and  discounts on golf at our sister property (based on availability). 

Getting Here and Getting Around

McCall is 2 hours north of Boise, and there is a daily bus from Boise to McCall. Once you are here,  it is easy to get around using our local bus transportation, or a bike!  No need for a car if you don't want one. 

*If you are working at Jug Mountain, a vehicle is highly recommended. 

For Fun

If you enjoy the outdoors, there might not be a better place to be than McCall, Idaho!  From hiking and mountain biking to soaking in hot springs, we have a little bit of everything. Hotel McCall and Rupert's are located right on Payette Lake. There are boat, jet ski, and SUP rentals nearby. Ponderosa State Park has great hiking, beautiful views, and beaches. There are hundreds of miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, or dirt biking. McCall is only 45 minutes from Riggins, Idaho where the Salmon River and Hells Canyon recreation areas are. Plus, there are a few hot springs nearby to enjoy! Live Music almost every night in the Summer!

    What you’ll do:
    The Brass Tacks

    • Maintain the landscaping grounds and other general upkeep.

    • Ensure the security, cleanliness, preventative maintenance and repair of all department tools, equipment and safety features are in accordance of established procedures.

    • Ensure all work spaces are kept in a clean and orderly manner and storing all tools, equipment and spare parts in proper location.

    • Responsible for the proper treatment and care of tools and equipment used to perform tasks.

    • Responsible to complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner.

    • Reports and addresses unsafe conditions immediately.

    • Other tasks as assigned.


    The Nitty Gritty 

    • Must have a general understanding of landscaping.

    • Must have knowledge and the ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.

    • Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations

    • Cleaning, washing, parking, staging, fueling and issuing golf carts for rent

    • Restocking the Practice facility with range baskets

    • Collecting, cleaning, and restocking range balls from the Practice facility

    • Monitor the levels of waste baskets around the Clubhouse and replacing as necessary
