Front Desk Team Member – Live & Work in the Rocky Mountains!

Hochstetler Resorts is hiring a Front Desk Team Member to join our close-knit hospitality family in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Think elk wandering by, mountain views out your office window, and a team that actually enjoys working together.

We’re a family-owned company that has operated boutique hotels in Estes Park since 1998. Our properties include:

• The Silver Moon Inn (riverside + downtown walkable)

• The Appenzell Inn (Swiss-inspired charm)

• The Estes Mountain Inn

• Hotel Estes

We promote from within and love developing long-term team members. Ideally, we’re looking for someone year-round — but we’re also hiring a seasonal team member who can commit through at least mid-October.

What It’s Like to Work Here

This is not a corporate hotel job. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team where everyone jumps in, helps each other, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Your days may include:

• Greeting guests with genuine Rocky Mountain hospitality

• Checking guests in/out and processing reservations

• Sharing local tips on hiking, wildlife, restaurants, and adventures

• Balancing reports and handling transactions

• Helping set up and refresh continental breakfast

• Responding to guest emails and review platforms

• Working closely with housekeeping & maintenance teams

• Delivering the occasional pack-n-play or extra towels

• Keeping the lobby welcoming and organized

You’ll learn our property systems and may even gain exposure to IT systems, pool operations, or basic maintenance tasks.

 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is self-motivated and positive

• Loves working with people

• Has strong communication skills

• Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems

• Can handle guest concerns calmly and professionally

• Has good basic math skills

• Brings a team-first mindset

Previous front desk experience is a plus — but not required. We will train you.
