Hochstetler Resorts is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help care for our four boutique hotel properties in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado, just outside Rocky Mountain National Park.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and taking pride in keeping facilities running smoothly. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping create memorable guest experiences.

We are a family-owned hospitality company that has operated hotels in Estes Park since 1998. Our properties include Silver Moon Inn, Appenzell Inn, Estes Mountain Inn, and Hotel Estes.

What You'll Do

• Respond to guest maintenance requests quickly and professionally
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs
• Maintain pools, hot tubs, laundry equipment, and guest rooms
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues across multiple hotel properties
• Assist with snow removal and weather-related projects during winter months
• Help maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas
• Support emergency response needs when necessary

What We're Looking For

• Maintenance, construction, facilities, or trade experience
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Comfortable using tools and learning new systems
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license preferred

Work Environment

• Active position requiring lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and moving equipment
• Indoor and outdoor work year-round
