Hochstetler Resorts is hiring Front Desk Team Members to join our hospitality team in Estes Park, Colorado, just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.

As a Front Desk Team Member, you'll be the first person guests meet when they arrive for their mountain vacation. You'll help create memorable experiences while working in one of Colorado's most beautiful mountain communities.

Hochstetler Resorts is a family-owned hospitality company that has operated boutique hotels in Estes Park since 1998. Our properties include Silver Moon Inn, Appenzell Inn, Estes Mountain Inn, and Hotel Estes.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with genuine Rocky Mountain hospitality
• Check guests in and out and assist with reservations
• Share recommendations for local attractions, hiking trails, restaurants, and activities
• Respond to guest questions, emails, and phone calls
• Process payments and assist with daily reporting
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment
• Assist with light breakfast setup and refresh
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Deliver occasional guest items as needed

No previous front desk experience is required. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
