World-class Fly Fishing Lodge Seeking Hospitality Staff

Come live, work, and play in Yellowstone country! We are currently seeking multiple individuals with backgrounds in all types of hospitality services to add to our team.

You will work hard, alongside fellow staff and the management team, as we strive to provide our guests with the most incredible experience possible; you will play hard, getting to experience the endless recreational opportunities and natural wonders that Yellowstone country has to offer; and you will experience all of this with a group of adventurous, hard-working, professional, personable and fun-loving people that will become lifelong friends. 

Working seasonally, these team members receive generous compensation, work in a fun environment, and an opportunity to participate in a tip pool.

Our hospitality position includes multiple job responsibilities such as serving meals, refreshing rooms, lodge cleaning & client services. 

Our season runs from mid-May to mid-October.  

We're located in Island Park, Idaho on the banks of the Henry’s Fork of the Snake River.  In this forested resort area you’ll find easy access to all the usual services and unparalleled outdoor activities in a magnificent setting, with Yellowstone Park just 40 minutes away.
