Hell's Backbone Grill & Farm is a James Beard nominated farm-to-table restaurant, approaching its 24th season. We are committed to environmental and social responsibility, and believe in the importance of food as a source of connection. Our mission is to nourish every guest with delicious, clean food that is ethically grown, cooked, and served, and we work closely as a team to make this happen.

Located in the small town of Boulder, Utah (population 250), which is surrounded by the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument and the Dixie National Forest, and is driving distance from Southern Utah's National Parks.
