This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a variety of settings, contributing to the care of livestock, the upkeep of ranch/lodging infrastructure, and facilitating guest excursions. We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a hands-on environment. This role requires a wide range of knowledge from the agricultural, outdoor recreation, and hospitality industries.

Responsibilities

Hospitality/Recreation Operations

• Support day to day river outfitting operations on the Niobrara River

• Provide ranch tours to guests

• Step into a leadership role during the Summer to help oversee seasonal workers

• Grounds keeping/trail maintenance

• Assist with hunting operations

• Assist with weddings and events

• Create a fun and inviting atmosphere for our guests

Agricultural

• Maintain agricultural infrastructure (vehicles, equipment, barns, fences, corrals etc.)

• Livestock care

• Hay production

• Land management
