Hawthorne Valley’s mission is to renew soil, society and self by integrating agriculture, education and art.
Summer camp at Hawthorne Valley farm offers children ages 8-16 a unique experience to live on a working organic, Biodynamic farm in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Campers spend their days participating in a variety of agriculture and arts activities such as caring for our farm animals, harvesting fruits, veggies, and herbs, making nature crafts, and swimming at our local pond.
Hawthorne Valley is found at the heart of the Hudson Valley in Ghent, NY. Just 2.5 hours north of Manhattan, and 40 minutes south of Albany. Hawthorne Valley is located on unceded Mohican Territory.
