UTV Tour Guide WANTED-Full Time-Year Round

Hatcher Pass ATV Tours is looking for full time tour guide here in Alaska. 

We offer heated and enclosed UTV tours year round, UTV northern light tours and snowmobile tours in winter. Come play in the mountains with us while stay warm and comfy! We use brand new vehicles every year because we invest in guests and staffs' comfort. Located in the Talkeetna mountains while still on the road system, civilization is a short 30mins drive away. 

You will be expected to: 

• Prepare UTVs for guests prior to the tour.

• Pick customers up from near by towns as needed. (Must have a driver's license, no need for CDL)

• Check customers in the office, fit customers with proper gears. 

• Guide customers in UTVs and ride to the top of the mountain.

• Take photos for customers.

• Clean the UTVs after each tour.

• Do trail/machine/building maintenance if needed to ensure a smooth tour operation

Ideal candidates would have some of the following skills:

• Outgoing, excellent interpersonal skills. 

• Excellent photography skills. 

• Guiding experience is strongly preferred. 

• Mechanical/carpentry experience (not required but preferred).

• Responsible, punctual, team player (everyone gets along here, we hope to find another like minded person)

• Not afraid of having a "difficult" conversation if customers are not following directions. 

Housing: 

We have a large property, can provide camper/RV parking, shower, laundry available in the main building. Dogs may be allowed depending on the situation.
