We are the Grandote Peaks Golf Course and you will find amazing beauty and scenery here, plus wildlife, fishing, hiking, skiing, and events. We call our staff "all arounders". These are people who can serve, bartend, clean, check in guests and golfers, run a cash register, prep things for events, cut vegetables, take out trash, clean the golf carts, pull weeds, mow the grounds, clean the lodge and motel and all types of other things. If you have strong experience in one area and do not want to branch out, that is fine, and if you would like to experience every job, that is also fine. Typical wages are: Servers $12.16 plus tips, janitorial $18, dishwashers $18, cooks: DOE $18 to 22, chefs: $22 to $30, carts: $16, proshop $16 plus tips, outside services $18-$22, construction $18 to $25. Plus you get free golf after your shift when you work at least 8 hours.
We have a 23 unit RV park where you can stay. These are seasonal jobs which go from May to October, and sometimes into November or December. We run the following businesses: golf course, steakhouse, diner, event center, lodge, ranch house inn, simulator room, and auditorium.
