The Manager, Training & Standards - Food and Beverage is an embedded training leader who works side-by-side with F&B team members, ensuring all F&B employees can confidently execute their roles before working independently and after established in the role, providing continuous and ongoing training for staff within F&B. This position sits within the Food and Beverage department and is responsible for the hands-on delivery and ongoing tracking of all training – from corporate programs to the site-specific knowledge, systems, and service standards unique to the location. This role monitors training completion, closes skills gaps in real-time, and ensures that every required program is documented, current, and compliant.
