Work Hard. Live Together. Work the Water.
Ever wanted to live and work in the “Most Beautiful Place in America”?
We operate three marinas on Glen Lake and Lake Leelanau, minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore — voted “Most Beautiful Place in America” by Good Morning America.
This isn’t a retail job.
This is full-season marina operations.
You’ll be part of a small crew that opens, operates, and closes the marinas — launching boats, running rentals, moving equipment, and supporting dock operations from spring through fall.
You’ll work under experienced supervisors — but you’ll be trusted with real responsibility and real customer property.
If you’ve worked ski season, lift ops, snowmaking, national parks, or outdoor resorts — this is a great opportunity.
Small crew. Real work. Big water.

(Full commitment required)
