Are you passionate about shaping young girls lives? If you are looking for a role where you can make a difference, work as part of a team, and be outdoors we want you to join us! Camp runs from June 13 through August 2, 2026. Nestled on 245 wooded acres in New Liberty, Iowa, Camp Liberty is a special place for all girls to explore the outdoors and just be themselves. 

Girl Scout summer camp is a unique space where girls with different backgrounds, abilities, and experiences come together to have fun and learn new skills. Our trained and caring staff members support girls in discovering who they are and what they can become. These roles are responsible for the direct supervision of campers with attention to their health, happiness, discipline and safety. The counselor is responsible for planning and implementing program and ensuring skill development, personal growth and fun. Camp Liberty offers a variety of accommodations that allow staff to be close to nature while still experiencing some of the comforts of home. Housing consists of modern cabins, mini cabins, platform tents, and mini barns.
