Flamingo Adventures, located within The Everglades National Park, is now hiring!

Flamingo Adventures, located within The Everglades National Park, is now hiring for: houseboat and campground attendants, dock hand, boat captain, naturalist, maintenance specialist, housekeeping, front desk, retail clerk, and many more! 

We operate two large campgrounds, glamping tents, and a full-service marina, along with our lodge and restaurant. We have RV sites with full hookups, but space is very limited. You must work onsite and be available for full-time hours to live on property. We have seasonal options available for summer and winter. Our summer season runs from May 1 through October 31. The winter season is our busiest time, requiring increased staffing, and runs from November through April. Pay varies by position. 

Year-round team members will also be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more! Our team members enjoy free and/or discounted kayak, boat rentals, food discounts, and boat tours. Popular onsite activities include kayaking, canoeing, boating, fishing, hiking, and camping. We are also located within a reasonable driving distance from the Florida Keys, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami beaches and nightlife!
