We are located in Nags Head, North Carolina. We have over 60 obstacles and ziplines ranging from super easy to ninja warrior style.  We mostly cater to families during the peak summer season.

Some positions start in April and end in November. Others start in May and end in late August.

We strive to offer our employees a great time while working at the beach. If you would like your spare time to involve learning how to surf, kiteboard, sup, or just lounge on one of the best beaches on the east coast you should apply! 

We offer shared bedroom housing and provide themed 'socials' every 2 weeks in the summer that involves a fun activity and a free meal for staff. We also offer a bike incentive for staff that bike to work.

Rent is $50/week ($200/month) and is deducted from your paycheck.  If you pass your weekly house check you have the opportunity for a reduced rental rate.

We are a family owned and operated business and like to keep the culture of our team a top priority of the beach living experience.

We are looking for someone who loves the outdoors and people! You do not necessarily have to have climbing or ropes course skills. We have staff training for that. We just want you to have an open mind and positive attitude!

We do have Free shared housing available. You will share a bedroom with 1-2 people and a bathroom with 2-3 people.  There is a communal kitchen for your cooking needs. There is also a bouldering gym located in the downstairs garage. Don't forget to bring your climbing shoes.  The house is located about 7 miles from work so you will need a car or bike to get back and forth.  The Outer Banks does not support van life so living in a house is a must.

Rent is $125 (month) and is deducted from your paycheck.  

FREE housing to All employees living in the staff house. Earn tips as a group and have the chance to as individuals. We offer end of season bonuses to employees. Our Socials are every 2 weeks in the summer and we do a group activity and provide a meal, some examples are a group activity such as beach party w/ cookout, or Tie Dye party, sup yoga and surf lessons. If you bike to work you have the potential to earn an extra $500 at the end of the season.

We recommend bringing your own bike or car to get around. There is no public transportation. There are cabs, uber and Lyft. The staff house is located about 7 miles from the adventure park.

We are located very close to Cape Hatteras National Seashore which has Bodie Island Lighthouse and Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The ocean and sound are very close and provide a nice place to swim or relax on the shore.

The alligator wildlife refuge is close by. The Wright Brothers Memorial is just 2 miles from the staff house.  Wild horses of Corolla are just a 40-minute drive north. The staff house is located on the outskirts of Nags Head woods preserve where you can find 20 miles of trails thru maritime forests. The largest sand dune on the East coast is Jockeys ridge state park which is located 3 miles from the staff house.

There are plenty of great restaurants and bars if you are into that scene as well.
