Working as part of the Ekwanok Food and Beverage team to ensure that the product, service and facility cleanliness are of the highest quality while delivering the best possible guest experience. The dishwashers are responsible and accountable for ware washing and cleaning of the food service areas and equipment as directed by the Chef.
Responsibilities include:
Adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures and taking the initiative to be familiar with them
Follow all guidelines regarding opening and closing procedures
Clean as you go – we clean as much as we cook
Any other task supervisor/manager deems necessary
Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Exceptional communication skills, great attitude, exceptional personal grooming standards
Knowledge of Vermont Health codes
Must have a great attitude and be a team player
Must be organized
