Responsibilities of the server:

• Provide the most friendly high-quality service to all our guests 

• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties as assigned

• Check restaurant before, after, and during shift for cleanliness 

• Be knowledgeable of all menu items

• Know any daily features and specials the restaurant is offering

• Check the  food presentation before taking it to the guest. We  have to make sure it's correct and hot the first time

• Help wash dishes throughout the shift if it's a slow time and it's needed

• Teamwork, Teamwork, Teamwork

• Responsible for the making of deserts and salads 

• Any other reasonable duties required

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Pay includes a base salary of 15.55hr which is paid out bi-weekly. Cash tips are kept by the server at night and credit tips go on the paycheck.

Hours for the restaurant are 1130am until 7pm. Shifts are from 11am until we finish cleaning after closing, usually around 8pm. 

Housing is in one of our RVs in the RV park, $300 a month to stay in but it includes water, electric, sewer and internet.

If you have a RV, we have some employee sites as well, but those are 100 dollars a month to stay in. 

Coin laundry is available onsite

A car is required. We are about 25 minutes from the nearest town

Full season availability is a must at this time, June through the end of September.
