About the Role - We’re looking for a Skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our property running smoothly and safely. This is a hands-on, working position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality work, and is comfortable across multiple trades.

You’ll plan and complete maintenance projects, perform repairs, support preventive maintenance, and help mentor less-experienced team members — all while maintaining a friendly, professional presence with guests.

What You’ll Do

Perform maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry/general facilities

• Plan and execute maintenance projects from start to finish

• Support and carry out preventive maintenance programs

• Source materials and assist with project completion

• Provide technical input on project planning and design

• Mentor and support less-experienced maintenance staff

• Make recommendations to support the department manager

• Interact professionally with guests when maintenance issues arise

What This Role Is Not
This position does not currently include:

• Hiring or HR oversight

• Contractor coordination or supervision

• Setting department priorities

• Tracking department performance or metrics

That said, the right candidate may grow into a larger leadership or managerial role over time.
