Lead a talented kitchen team at one of the Pacific Northwest's most unique destination resorts.

Doe Bay Resort & Retreat is seeking an experienced Kitchen Lead to help oversee daily kitchen operations while working alongside a passionate team dedicated to exceptional food and hospitality.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining high culinary standards, and contributing to a positive workplace culture in a spectacular waterfront setting.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily kitchen operations during breakfast and dinner service

  • Support, coach, and develop kitchen staff

  • Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and cleanliness

  • Ensure safe food handling and sanitation practices

  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house and resort leadership

  • Help create an efficient, positive, and organized kitchen culture

  • Has previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience

  • Leads by example and enjoys working alongside the team

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Communicates well and remains calm under pressure

  • Takes pride in producing outstanding food and guest experiences

  • Is reliable, organized, and committed to continuous improvement
