Doe Bay Resort & Retreat is seeking an experienced Kitchen Lead to help oversee daily kitchen operations while working alongside a passionate team dedicated to exceptional food and hospitality.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining high culinary standards, and contributing to a positive workplace culture in a spectacular waterfront setting.

What You'll Do
Lead daily kitchen operations during breakfast and dinner service
Support, coach, and develop kitchen staff
Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and cleanliness
Ensure safe food handling and sanitation practices
Work collaboratively with front-of-house and resort leadership
Help create an efficient, positive, and organized kitchen culture
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience
Leads by example and enjoys working alongside the team
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Communicates well and remains calm under pressure
Takes pride in producing outstanding food and guest experiences
Is reliable, organized, and committed to continuous improvement
