The Campus Cook is responsible for assisting the head chef with kitchen operations including receiving inventory, preparation of group meals (including special meals for guests with dietary restrictions), washing dishes, ensuring a clean kitchen and workspace at all times, and other duties as assigned. This is a full-time seasonal position.  You will have your own room, and you will share employee facilities with about 15 other seasonal employees.  The job offers flexibility in scheduling, the option to pick up other shifts, and to have time off to enjoy the amazing nature that Denali has to offer!  

The Denali Education Center has been a National Park Partner for 35 years!  We are a non-profit dedicated to teaching people about Denali and about this amazing place we occupy!
