SunsetWest Dorm-style Housing: $35 per week, includes Wi-Fi. Shared dormitory with communal living areas. Each unit features a twin-size bed, kitchenette (stove, oven, refrigerator, sink), and bathroom with shower. Shared laundry facilities are free. Utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash) are included.

Valle Shared Housing: $35 per week for a 2-3 bedroom shared house. Private bedroom with shared living room, kitchen, and laundry area. Yard available. Shuttle service provided, driving ability preferred. Utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash) are included.

Manager Housing: Up to $400 per month. Shared studio or dorm-style housing options available.
Housing is first come, first served. Availability is limited, so early application is recommended. All utilities are included in rent, but satellite TV availability is not guaranteed.

Getting Here and Getting Around
From Phoenix, the Arizona Shuttle will take to you the Grand Canyon.
The Flagstaff Airport is located approx. 80 miles from the Grand Canyon. The Flagstaff Express can provide direct transportation from Flagstaff to the Grand Canyon.
It is helpful to have a bicycle while working at the Grand Canyon as there are many bike/walking paths throughout the South Rim. There's also free visitor shuttle buses and free employee shuttle buses.

Oversee commercial laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and delivery
Manage and train laundry staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards
Monitor equipment performance and schedule preventive maintenance with on-site facilities staff and 3rd-party vendors
Maintain inventory of detergents, chemicals, and supplies
Implement quality assurance processes to meet client expectations
Schedule and maintain accurate records of employee hours and timely processing of weekly payroll

Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing high-volume commercial laundry operations, preferably in a hospitality environment
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Strong team leadership, time management, and organizational skills
Knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and processes, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and operational issues
Proficient in inventory control and scheduling software
Must be willing to work a flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate laundry equipment
Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Laundry Manager
The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Laundry Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Squire Resort in Tusayan, Arizona. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a high-volume commercial laundry facility, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective processing of linens and terry for two large lodging properties totaling 670 rooms. This role includes managing staff, maintaining commercial laundry equipment, implementing quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will also be responsible for inventory control, ordering, scheduling, and fostering a positive work environment to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 – $62,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
