Guest Experience Coordinator - Pay: Starting at $15 per hour + tips

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner 

• Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries 

• Coordinate guest services and ensure guest satisfaction 

• Manage reservations and bookings 

• Provide information about the resort facilities and services 

• Offer Food and Beverage options 

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs 

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area 

• Assist in the Dining Dome with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience 

• Address and resolve any guest concerns promptly 

• Build strong knowledge of resort amenities, policies and local partners 

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations 

• Strong guest relations and customer service skills 

• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards 

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills 

• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred) 

• Ability to commute 

• Ability to relocate before starting work 

Line Cook - Pay: Starting at $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent presentation. 

• Manage multiple tasks across three workflows while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. 

• Work closely with the expo and other stations to maintain smooth ticket flow and timely service. 

• Ensure all dishes meet portion, taste, and presentation requirements before reaching the guests. 

• Keep the station clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift. 

Requirements: 

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred. 

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 

• Strong multitasking and time management skills. 

• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Work responsibly in outdoor conditions such as heat, uneven terrain, and varying weather 

• Adhere to all resort policies and procedures
