Are you creative, outgoing, and energized by bringing people together? We’re looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to help create unforgettable moments for our guests and staff. This role is perfect for someone who loves planning events, leading activities, and sharing the magic of the outdoors, especially under the night sky.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and lead daily and weekly guest and staff activities

• Develop new and creative activities that enhance the guest experience

• Host and run on-site activities such as games, workshops, wellness events, and social gatherings

• Assist with planning and execution of large events and special programs

• Serve as a Stargazing Guide, leading night sky programs and sharing basic astronomy knowledge

• Create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive atmosphere for guests and team members

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth, memorable experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in front of groups

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Creative thinker who enjoys developing new ideas

• Ability to lead activities and adapt on the fly

• Interest in astronomy and stargazing (training provided if needed)

• Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends

• Experience in hospitality, events, recreation, or guest services a plus
