Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the welcoming face of our resort. You’ll provide exceptional guest service, handle check-ins and check-outs, and help ensure that every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and resort information

• Provide helpful information about local attractions, dining, and stargazing experiences

• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs

• Handle payments, reservations, and reports accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Uphold resort standards for hospitality, safety, and guest satisfaction

• Help make and distribute amenities onsite  

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor

• Comfortable using basic computer and reservation systems

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Valid driver's license, with access to a reliable vehicle (personal vehicle use is not required during work, but is required for everyone living on-site)
