Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and contributing to a memorable guest experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our resort.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests (e.g., heating/cooling issues, lighting, minor repairs)
Perform routine inspections of domes and common areas to ensure everything is in excellent condition
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life
Maintain resort grounds, including landscaping, trash removal, and general upkeep
Support basic repairs such as plumbing fixes, painting, carpentry, and equipment maintenance
Help set up and maintain outdoor amenities and guest spaces
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain a smooth operation
Qualifications
No prior maintenance experience required (training provided)
Basic knowledge of tools and general repair work is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Good communication skills and a guest-first mindset
Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical tasks

Schedule Note: This position may include a mix of morning (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) and evening (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) shifts. The typical schedule will likely consist of three morning shifts and two evening shifts per week, though exact days may vary based on operational needs.
Requirement: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required due to our remote location.
