Become a Yellowstone National Park Tour Guide for Summer 2026. Bears, Bison, Wolves!

CoveredGround Tours is looking for motivated guides to join our team in Big Sky, MT. We are looking for guides who love the outdoors and want to share their knowledge and passion with visitors. Guides drive tourists to and from Yellowstone in Ford Transit high-roof passenger vans, visiting the main features and stopping to view wildlife along the way. The ideal tour guide combines fun and education to interpret Yellowstone's wildlife, history, and ecosystem for guests. Tours are a full day with occasional overnight trips and walking averages about 10,000 steps per day. Housing is provided for staff and rent is due each month.

We will train the right candidate to become a Yellowstone expert! A desire to learn and teach others about Yellowstone is required. We work hard and laugh a lot! We take pride in creating a team environment where guides genuinely enjoy their days in the park. Must be 21 or older. A clean driving record is preferred and a copy must be submitted as part of the application process. CPR & First Aid certification is a plus. Working while exploring Yellowstone National Park is an unforgettable experience.
