The Mountain Campus Dining Manager oversees daily operations of the Mountain Campus dining center, including food production, personnel management, safety, customer service, and catering, in a remote mountain environment two hours from CSU’s Main Campus. The role supervises full-time, part-time, and student employees, ensuring quality, quantity, food safety, and operational continuity. The position also manages procurement, inventory, financial controls, and risk management. This position is part of the satellite campus leadership team, overseeing and collaborating on guest experience and operational logistics. Room and Board are included as part of the compensation package while we are in season.

Colorado State University's 1,600-acre Mountain Campus in a remote Rocky Mountain valley at 9,000 ft. 50 miles west of Fort Collins, CO, is a site for student learning, conferences, workshops, meetings, mountain research and retreats. The Mountain Campus exists to serve the Colorado State University community and the surrounding region. The campus is open from Mid-May to Mid-October.
