Position Summary

The Valet at Crazy Mountain Ranch is responsible for consistently providing a high degree of both friendliness and efficiency for all members and guests by welcoming and assisting with luggage, retrieving, and parking cars for all members and guests.

Housing is available at Crazy Mountain Ranch upon request. Rent and deposit are required 

Job Duties

• Greeting guests/members with a friendly and sincere welcome.

• Assisting with unloading, carrying, and storing guests/members luggage.

• Parking guests/members cars safely and handling with care.

• Ensuring guests/members cars are locked, keys stored, or safely returned to owner.

• Assist in creating an exceptional guest service culture.

• Continually elevate standards of service to exceed the guests’ expectations.

• Be informed on and promote all club activities and services.

• Ability to work alone during certain parts of the day.

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in customer service preferred.

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass an MVR

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Must possess a positive attitude.

• High School diploma or the equivalent education.
