Job Summary

The prep/line cook positions at Crazy Mountain Ranch play an important role in the Food and Beverage team by ensuring exceptional food quality is produced to the highest industry standards.  This role is vital in ensuring a memorable food and beverage experience for members and guests. The prep cook and line cooks will also be responsible for daily side work and cleaning duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• Performs food preparation and execution duties as assigned.

• Maintains organization of all product and inventory in accordance with food safety policies and procedures.

• Assist with staff meal execution.

• Follow recipes to ensure quality and consistency.

• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of kitchen areas in accordance with food safety policies and procedures.

• Continually elevate standards of service to exceed the guests and members' expectations.

Experience Requirements

• Previous Food and Beverage experience is preferred, but not required.  Willing to train the right candidate that is eager to learn.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift overhead up to 20 lbs

• Able to carry up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work while standing or walking for up to 8 hours.

• Manual dexterity with repetitive movement

• Able to work while standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting, or bending forward
