As the Director, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of five staff members while overseeing all aspects of our rock climbing wall, low and high ropes elements, aerial adventure course, and zipline. You will set the tone for safety, growth, and challenge, ensuring every camper builds confidence, resilience, and courage.

  • Group facilitation and conflict resolution expertise

  • Risk management and safety oversight experience

  • Communication and public speaking confidence

  • Adaptability, initiative, and independent decision-making
