Camp Champions is a traditional, co-ed summer camp for children ages 5-18 years old, with over 40 different activities such as water skiing, sailing, high ropes, archery, various fine arts & sports, a petting zoo, and much more. We are passionate about our mission to help all campers grow into the champions they're meant to be and accomplish this by having the best team imaginable!
We are located in the heart of Texas Hill Country right on the shores of beautiful Lake LBJ, about an hour northwest of Austin, TX.

The Employee Experience
Working at Camp Champions is an experience unlike any other! You'll get to work with ~100 other people from nearly every continent on earth. Throughout the summer, these people will become your best friends. We often find that counselors feel they make more meaningful connections and friendships in the three months at camp than they do the rest of the year!
Ideal Candidate
We prefer our counselors have completed at least one year of college or are at least 19 years of age.
Room and Board
Room and board will be provided as part of the compensation package. Counselors will be provided three meals per day and will sleep in cabins with their campers during the summer.

Getting Here and Getting Around
Transportation from the airport to camp will be provided with prior communication to our team. We will also provide free transportation on nights off for counselors who do not have their own vehicles, though we welcome those who would like to drive (parking available at camp)!
For Fun
Being located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country and 50 miles away from Austin means that the possibilities for fun things to do are endless!
- Explore Austin, aka the "Live Music Capital of the World," and all the restaurants, activities, and live events it has to offer
- Camp at Inks Lake State Park or Longhorn Cavern State Park, both a 15min drive from camp
- Get your water slide on at the BSR Cable waterpark
- Attend a good ol' fashioned Texas rodeo
- Hike Enchanted Rock, a 425 ft tall Pink Granite Dome at Enchanted Rock State Park
- Feast at the historic Blue Bonnet cafe in Marble Falls
- Go tubing on the Guadalupe River
- Swim in Lake LBJ, or one of countless other swimming holes out in the Hill Country

Camp Counselor
Looking for an unforgettable summer job? Camp Champions is hiring enthusiastic, caring, and adventurous Summer Camp Counselors to help create life-changing experiences for kids — and make some epic memories of your own along the way!
What You’ll Do:
As a Camp Counselor, you’ll live in a cabin with 8–12 campers and play a vital role in their daily camp experience. You’ll lead or assist with a variety of camp activities while mentoring campers, helping them grow, and ensuring they’re having the time of their lives.
Counselors are assigned to lead or support in one of our core departments, including:
