We are looking to hire one to two more people to join our busy fall apple orchard team of 20 or so part time employees. We are a family owned farm out in the middle of rural northern Vermont. Our rural location gets busy during apple season when we draw in people for pick your own apples and pumpkins. We are interested in someone who can help harvest apples and pumpkins during the weekdays and then switch to retail and customer/stand help on the weekends (tips only on weekends). Work there could include running register, making apple cider donuts, greeting customers etc. Housing can be free on top of the hourly wage. (Rv is nothing special to talk about, but is spacious enough with one queen, kitchen, bathroom, living room and kitchenette and 4 bunkbeds.
Work is fast paced and hard working, but hours off work can pretty low key. Cabot is a very chill town with a downtown bar/hardware store, general store and library for off work. Transportation provided Fridays to get to grocery store.
