Buffalo Creek Ranch is located near Rand, Colorado, in North Park — one of the most scenic and wildlife-rich valleys in the state.

We host small groups of guests for:

• Fly fishing trips (June–early September)

• Big-game hunting adventures (September–mid-November)

Guests typically stay 4–5 days, allowing us to provide a relaxed, high-quality lodge experience focused on personal service and authentic Western hospitality.

Position: Lodge Hospitality & Housekeeping

This role is central to creating a welcoming, comfortable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Daily lodge housekeeping and guest room turnover

• Laundry and linen management

• Dining room setup and meal service assistance

• Maintaining clean and inviting common areas

• Preparing guest cabins and ranch facilities

• Supporting overall lodge operations during guest stays

• Assisting with preparation between guest groups

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with people

• Takes pride in keeping spaces clean and organized

• Works well independently

• Pays attention to detail

• Brings a positive attitude to a small team environment

• Appreciates a quieter, remote mountain setting

Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
