    The Bronze Buffalo Adventure Outfitter is a position requiring guest service experience along with personality and ability to relate to and build trust with Bronze Buffalo members, families, and guests in a safe and fun environment. The Adventure Outfitter should be able to describe, facilitate and provide all services, rentals, activities, and adventures. This includes, but is not limited to, fly fishing, sporting clays, biking, kayaks, hiking, and horseback riding. Additional responsibilities include shuttle service, special events, bell services, activity set-up, take-down, landscaping and equipment maintenance. Safety and fun in a team-based community are the ultimate goals of the Outfitters Program

    JOB FUNCTIONS

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job function satisfactorily, which includes:

    • Meet and greet members and guests, assist with check-in, waivers and provide instruction for activities, equipment rental and use in a safe, and professional manner.
    • Assist in guiding & providing instruction for activities as needed, including but not limited to fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.
    • Follow all safety SOP’s and provide FULL safety explanation to guests prior to activity
    • Attend work on time as scheduled and adhere to attendance policy. Practice consistent time clock procedures for proper payroll.
    • Participate in Daily Pre-Shift
    • Always wear uniform, including nametag in accordance with company policy
    • Provide shuttle service. This includes airport shuttles as well as activity shuttles.
    • Oversee recreational spaces keeping these areas clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day following Adventure SOP’s

    Maintain all equipment including ATV’s, bikes, boats, fishing equipment, firearms, etc. by taking inventory and reporting equipment damage to management following Adventure SOP’s

    • Help organize and lead member and guest experiences (hikes, cauldron fires, horseshoe, and corn hole tournaments, etc).
    • Communicate all concerns, questions, potential problems, and safety issues with Managers and Supervisors.
    • Participate in all required training, and safety meetings.
    • Complete daily opening and closing checklists following Adventure SOP’s
    • Maintain knowledge of local area including social, cultural, historical, and physical attractions as well as their location and hours of operations. Maintain knowledge of local restaurants and arrange reservations/tours per guest requests.
    • Assist in special events and catering events as needed.
    • Performs other related duties, resort wide, as required and assigned.

    TYPICAL SCHEDULE & WORK HOURS:

    • Full Time Seasonal (May-October) Rotational schedule, 5 days/nights per week, includes holidays and weekends. Flexible schedule required.
    • Time off is to be requested 2 weeks in advance, preferably more, and is not guaranteed. Blackout dates will occur.

    Customer Service:

    Maintenance Technician

    The maintenance tech position at the Bronze Buffalo Ranch reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. Key to this role is performing multiple tasks to ensure a great experience for our guests. Job duties will focus on the maintenance of the lodge suites, cabins, and condos. Key to being successful in this position is teamwork. This individual will ensure the suites and vacation rental properties are in pristine condition as well as ensuring a high level of guest and homeowner satisfaction. A key part of their job is to communicate with team members both in maintenance and throughout the property.

    Essential Functions:

    • Basic repairs to interior and exterior suites, buildings, and vacation rental homes (i.e., painting, changing lights bulbs, filters, etc.)
    • Snow and leaf removal on walkways and driveways
    • Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, etc.
    • Collect trash & Linens from cabins & condos
    • Perform regular preventative maintenance in all properties
    • Assist housekeeping when needed
    • Report and document damages
