Join the Team at Blueberry Hill Inn & Outdoor Center!
We're looking for fun, energetic, and well-rounded individuals to join our small team and share in the creativity and joy of running Blueberry Hill Inn and the Outdoor Center. A passion for people, hospitality, the outdoors, thoughtful attention to detail, and a good sense of humor will go a long way here!

Some hospitality experience and the ability to work independently, and as part of a team are preferred. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy a variety of meaningful work in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and the Green Mountain National Forest and wonderful guests.

The Positions:
We’re hiring one or two seasonal team members (with potential to stay on longer) for 30–40 hours a week. Work will be a blend of responsibilities, tailored to your skills, interests, and the day-to-day needs of the Inn (primarily) and Outdoor Center. Two key roles we're looking to fill within this live-in position are: kitchen support (including meal prep and wood-fired pizza prep and baking) and gardening/light carpentry. And housekeeping. If you LOVE housekeeping, let us know. If you have experience and interest in any or all, be sure to let us know! We all work together and share responsibilities to keep things running smoothly and flexibly while supporting your interests. Shifts may be full days or split (to cover both breakfast and dinner), with time off during the day to explore and enjoy the outdoors.

Some of the things you may do:

Let us know your strengths and interests!

  • Welcome guests and contribute to a warm, genuine hospitality experience

  • Prep and cook evening meals, including wood-fired pizzas

  • Assist with event set-up, meal service, and general guest services

Additional Details:

  • Seasonal housing available for two people- in two rooms (May–October)

  • Includes many meals, access to a kitchen and laundry, high-speed fiber internet, and plenty of cookies and coffee!

  • Must commit through October; start dates may be flexible

  • Due to our remote location, a car is required as there is zero public transportation.

  • Sorry, no pets or couples.
