For 80 years, the Allen and Graf families have been dedicated to creating unforgettable summer experiences at Blue Mountain Ranch, located just west of Pikes Peak in Colorado. As we prepare for our 80th season, we are seeking dedicated counselors to join our team and serve as positive role models for our campers.

Blue Mountain Ranch is a small, private co-educational camp that prides itself on a family-oriented atmosphere. We limit enrollment to 100 campers per session to ensure we can focus on each child individually. Our mission is to provide a fun, moral environment where children aged 7–15 can learn about nature and social connection. In this role, you will live in cabins with campers and lead four activity periods daily based on your specific interests and skills. Responsibilities also include assisting with "counselor cook nights" twice a week and maintaining high moral standards as a role model for our youth.

Regarding the schedule, counselors receive one full day off per week (noon to 2:00 a.m.), one evening off per week (6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.), and approximately 30 hours of break time between camp sessions.

Compensation is structured as follows:

- College Students: Starting at $300+ per week, plus room and board.

- College Graduates: Starting at $400+ per week, plus room and board.

- Orientation: $100 for attending pre-season orientation.

- Bonus: A performance-based bonus is available for those who complete the full summer, with further details provided during the interview process.
