Looking for people familiar with Yellowstone/Teton area to have a fun & busy summer!

Blue Buffalo Resort is hiring Front Desk staff for our Spring/Summer season!

We are located in Island Park, Idaho outside of the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Previous living/working experience in the area and/or Yellowstone or Grand Teton National Park required for this position.

Blue Buffalo Resort has approximately 80 cabins on site for rent, a excursion rental/tour business, a fly shop that provides guide services, a pizzeria restaurant, and event spaces/venues. Our peak season is approximately May-October. 

The Front Desk Team is 4-6 team members. Training for this team will start mid-April through mid-May. We aim to train one person a week during this time so start dates are flexible within this range. 

Front Desk Attendant Duties: 

• Use multiple systems to check guests in and manage reservations

• Manage guest contact & questions over the phone, online, and in person

• Communicate with resort teams efficiently to satisfy guest needs

• Assist in providing/facilitating resort amenities: Sauna/Cold Plunge, Fitness Center, Guest Laundry Room, Fire Pits w/ roasting kits, Movie Nights, Lawn Games, Extra Package Items, etc.

• Maintain cleanliness of all areas assigned to Front Desk Staff

• Assist other resort teams as needed with guest requests

• Assist with Resort Events as needed
  

We do have on-site employee housing available for those that need it. We do not allow pets in employee housing. Details can be provided during interviews.
