Whether a guest needs a lesson, a lift ticket, or a season pass, our Mountain Sales team is who they turn to. As a Mountain Sports School Sales Agent, you will help guests of every age and ability find the right lesson and lift access, working out of our sales desk to get skiers and riders set up and excited for their day. As a Guest Service Specialist, you will sell and fulfill lift tickets and pass products, and act as THE go to source of information for guests and other departments, covering everything from lift openings and grooming to restaurants, activities, and events on and off the mountain. Different desks, same mission: make sure every guest leaves with what they need and the stoke to match.
What you will be doing:
Building expert knowledge of Big Sky Resort, our lesson programs, and our lift access and pass products, so you can confidently guide every guest to the right fit Accurately processing lesson, lift ticket, and pass sales, even when the line is out the door Owning your sales each day and balancing products sold against receipts Greeting and assisting guests before, during, and after the ski day Sharing knowledgeable, genuine guidance on Big Sky Sports products, rentals, terrain, activities, restaurants, and events Quickly resolving lift ticket, pass, and lesson issues so guests can get back to their day Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and ready for whatever the day brings Staying current on the daily snow and grooming report
What you bring:
A friendly, outgoing personality and genuine excitement to help guests Previous customer service, credit card handling, or resort experience is a plus Comfort with computers and basic office software A calm head when things get busy Clear, confident communication, spoken and written Skiing or riding experience is a plus, willingness to learn is a must. Riding green terrain may be required on any workday

Team Member Housing options are available for a $150 deposit, with $16 to $20 per night rental rates. All housing includes TV, wifi, and an en suite bathroom, located right in Big Sky.
