Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable kitchen culture
Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback and support
Lead by example with professionalism, adaptability, and composure
Manage kitchen staff including BOH/FOH
Ordering, Inventory & Cost Management
Manage food ordering which includes making prep lists, tracking what events are coming down the pipeline, ordering according to guest count and dietary restrictions

Monitor food cost and reduce waste
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
Health & Safety Compliance
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
Maintain compliance with local health regulations

Qualifications
3–7+ years of culinary experience, with prior leadership as a Head Chef or Executive Chef preferred
