Guiding campers through adventure-filled days that build independence, growth, and fun!

Summer Counselors at Bay Cliff Health Camp are part of a 7-week residential summer program for children with physical disabilities running June 11 through August 10. Counselors live on site with room and board included and work directly with campers each day, providing supervision, support, and hands-on assistance with daily living, recreation, and personal care.

Counselors are also an essential part of each camper’s therapeutic team, working closely with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to reinforce therapy goals throughout the day during meals, recreation, mobility, communication, and social interactions. This daily consistency helps campers build independence, confidence, and functional skills.

Staff collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, social workers, nurses, and program leaders, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive, team-based environment.
