Position Overview

The Ranch Housekeeping and Kitchen Floater plays a key role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-run ranch environment. This position supports daily operations across the kitchen, housekeeping, and guest-services teams. You help ensure guests enjoy a comfortable stay while keeping facilities clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Dishwashing & Kitchen Support - Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment; maintain a clean dish area; assist kitchen staff with basic prep and cleaning tasks.

• Housekeeping & Cabin Care - Clean guest cabins and lodge areas; make beds; restock linens and amenities; handle laundry; maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Guest Interaction - Greet guests warmly, answer basic questions, provide directions, and offer assistance during meals, activities, or check-in/check-out.

• General Ranch Support - Assist with daily operations as needed, communicate effectively with team members, and uphold the ranch’s hospitality values.

Qualifications

·       Strong work ethic and reliability

·       Attention to detail in cleaning and organization

·       Customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude

·       Ability to lift 25-40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move between facilities

·       Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak guest days

·       Previous housekeeping and hospitality experience is helpful but not required

·       Must pass a background check with no issues

·       Legal to currently work in the USA

Work Environment

·       Fast-paced, team-oriented ranch setting

·       Indoor/outdoor work across cabins, lodge, kitchen, and common areas

·       Seasonal position that ends in November 2026
