At Attean Lake Lodge, our chef is responsible for executing a consistent, pre-set weekly menu while leading a small, efficient kitchen team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

🔪 Key Responsibilities

• Execute a set weekly dinner menu with consistency and quality

• Prepare and oversee daily dinner service

• Lead and manage a small kitchen staff

• Order food (PFG + local sourcing) and manage inventory

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen

• Accommodate common dietary restrictions (GF, vegetarian, etc.)

• Ensure smooth, timely service for 20–60 guests

💪 Qualifications

• Prior experience as a chef or strong line cook

• Ability to manage volume without sacrificing quality

• Organized, efficient, and self-motivated

• Comfortable leading a small team

• Positive attitude and flexible mindset in a remote setting

🛶 Work Environment

• Remote, boat-access island setting

• Fast-paced kitchen with a supportive, close-knit team

• Two days off per week (schedule varies)

• Housing and meals provided on-site
